Andy doesn't come from a traditional political consulting background — and that's exactly the point. He's a builder who figured out early that the best way to level up a campaign or organization is to out-work and out-create the other side, especially at the local level where resources are thin and every dollar matters.
It started in 2024 when Andy became Co-President of the IUP College Democrats. Within a single cycle, the chapter raised nearly $20,000, brought in Congressman Ro Khanna and Congressman Maxwell Frost as speakers, earned a spot on the All-In Campus Democracy Challenge Honor Roll, and was transformed into the most successful College Democrats chapter in Pennsylvania — complete with a PAC that Andy continues to chair today. He ran voter outreach operations using NGP VAN and VoteBuilder, managed all digital channels, and built the organization's website from scratch.
At the same time, Andy served as Communications Director of the Pennsylvania College Democrats, leading statewide digital communication, messaging strategy, A/B testing, and media interviews. He built the digital infrastructure for both organizations from scratch, leveraged NGP VAN and VoteBuilder for statewide outreach, and scaled their online presence during one of the most consequential election cycles in recent memory.
That work caught the attention of statewide campaigns. Andy served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Malcolm Kenyatta for Auditor General, coordinating digital outreach, volunteer operations, video production, and fundraising compliance. When Kenyatta ran for DNC Vice Chair, Andy stepped up as Associate Campaign Manager & Digital Director, managing rapid-response content, daily digital workflows, and campaign communications. He also founded Malcolm HQ, the grassroots digital hub for the campaign.
Andy holds both a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, bringing a researcher's discipline to everything he touches: data-driven decisions, rigorous testing, and obsessive attention to detail.
Before all of this, Andy earned his Eagle Scout rank and received the Commander's Award for Public Service from the U.S. Department of the Army — both before turning 18. Service and leadership aren't things he picked up in politics. They're how he was raised.
