2027 pricing

Priced by the size of your race.
Published a cycle ahead.

A school board candidate and a congressional campaign do not have the same budget, so they should not pay the same rate. Pick your race level below and the real numbers appear. No discovery call required, no quote games.

These are 2027 cycle rates and are not in effect yet. They apply to work booked for the 2027 municipal and judicial cycle, starting January 1, 2027. If you are running in 2026, your project is quoted at current rates. Ask and you will get the number the same day.

Race level sets the price

The rate is tied to the office you are running for, not to how much a campaign looks like it could pay. Same numbers for everyone at the same level.

Sliding scale, no questions

If your race is smaller than its office suggests, ask for the tier below and you get it. Payment plans on anything over $650, split across the cycle, no interest.

Same build at every tier

A $400 site gets the same attention as a $3,500 site. Smaller budgets get a smaller scope, never worse work.

Why the numbers look like this

Campaign budgets do not scale gently. Between a school board seat and a Pennsylvania Supreme Court race, the money grows by a factor of nearly two thousand. The price of a website should not. So it does not.

Race budgets grow nearly 2,000 times from a school board seat to a Pennsylvania Supreme Court race. The website price grows about 5 times.

Bars use a logarithmic scale so both series fit on one axis. Legislative figures are average campaign spending in competitive Pennsylvania House and Senate races in 2024, per Spotlight PA. The Supreme Court figure is total spending on the 2025 retention races, also per Spotlight PA. Local, municipal, and row office figures are typical ranges, not survey data. Your race may be well below its tier average, which is exactly what the sliding scale is for.

Every tier, side by side 2027 rates
Race level Essential Standard Platform Social /mo Web /mo Hourly
These are 2027 rates, effective January 1, 2027, and are published early so campaigns can budget before they fundraise. Work booked for 2026 is quoted at current rates. Every number here is the published rate, not a starting point for negotiation upward. Multi service bundles take 10% off the combined monthly total. Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations only.

If the price is the reason you cannot have a real website, say so.

The whole point of this practice is that down ballot Democrats should not lose because they got priced out of looking legitimate. Tell Andy what the race can actually carry and he will tell you honestly what he can do for it.

Ask about my race
Are these the rates I pay right now?
Not unless you are booking for 2027. The rates posted here take effect January 1, 2027, and are published early so campaigns can budget a cycle ahead. Anything booked for the 2026 general election is quoted at current rates, which are lower at most tiers. Just ask and you will have the number the same day.
How do you decide which tier my race is in?
By the office on the ballot. If your race is unusually small for its office, a first time run in a district nobody is contesting for example, ask for the tier below and you get it. That is not a favor, it is how the pricing is designed to work.
Can you really launch a site in about one week?
Usually yes, when your campaign can give fast feedback and the basics are ready. Platform builds, bilingual sites, and projects with a lot of original copy need more time. You get a realistic timeline before any work starts.
What does my campaign need to provide?
At minimum: your logo or a basic visual direction, candidate bio, top priorities, donation link, contact details, and any approved photos. If your messaging is still rough, Andy can help organize and sharpen it.
How do payment plans work?
Anything over $650 can be split across the cycle, typically a deposit at kickoff and the rest in monthly pieces through Election Day. No interest, no fees, and no penalty if a fundraising month comes in short.
Can you work with our existing website?
Yes. Existing sites can be redesigned, repaired, sped up, or just maintained on the monthly web retainer. Send the current URL in your brief so Andy can recommend the right level of work.
Do you only work with Pennsylvania campaigns?
Pennsylvania is home base and the main focus, but Democratic campaigns and progressive organizations elsewhere are welcome to ask. The work is exclusively for Democrats and progressive causes.
What happens after I submit the brief?
Your answers open a prewritten email so you can review it and send it straight to Andy. He responds with next steps, any follow up questions, and a time to talk if the project looks like a fit.

Andy Muth does not come from a traditional political consulting background. He is a builder who figured out early that the best way to level up a campaign is to out work and out create the other side, especially at the local level where every dollar matters.

Today he runs Muth Consulting Group, a Democratic digital shop serving campaigns and progressive organizations across Pennsylvania. He has built digital infrastructure for 20 plus campaigns and organizations from local races to Congress, and currently coordinates with the PA House Democratic Campaign Committee on websites for targeted candidates.

His political career started at IUP, where as Co-President of the College Democrats he raised nearly $20,000, brought in Congressman Ro Khanna and Congressman Maxwell Frost as speakers, and built the chapter into the most successful College Democrats organization in Pennsylvania. He went on to serve as Southwest Director of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats.

He served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Malcolm Kenyatta for Auditor General, then as Associate Campaign Manager and Digital Director for Kenyatta's DNC Vice Chair race, where he founded Malcolm HQ and ran rapid response and daily digital operations. He has appeared live on NewsNation discussing young Pennsylvania voters, and his work spans fundraising compliance, data analytics with NGP VAN and VoteBuilder, A/B testing, and media strategy.

Andy holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is an Eagle Scout and a recipient of the Commander's Award for Public Service from the U.S. Department of the Army.

If you have got the fight in you, he has got the tools to back you up.
