Quick strategy call
Clarify your race, audience, goals, message, timeline, and the tools you need connected.
A custom campaign website in about one week, built to establish credibility, raise money, recruit volunteers, and turn curious voters into supporters. Priced by the size of your race, so a school board candidate never pays congressional rates.
A direct, guided process built for campaigns that cannot waste a month chasing an agency.
Your website is where voters decide whether you are credible, donors decide whether to invest, and volunteers decide whether to join. Build that foundation first. Then add the digital support your race actually needs.
Custom, mobile first websites designed around the actions your campaign needs: donate, volunteer, sign up, learn your story, and remember your name.
Strategic content, branded graphics, rapid response, and daily management that keeps your campaign visible and moves supporters back to action.
Fundraising emails, campaign messaging, and persuasive copy that sounds like your candidate and gives supporters a reason to act today.
Clear tracking, testing, and reporting that show what is working, what is not, and where your next dollar should go. Backed by a graduate research background in statistics.
Tell Andy your timeline. You get a practical recommendation, not an agency sales pitch.
You work directly with the person writing, designing, and building your site. Decisions happen faster and nothing gets lost between departments.

Your team reviews a working site and sends one clear round of consolidated feedback.
Connect the domain, donation tools, forms, and analytics, then go live with confidence.
Live websites for competitive state legislative campaigns, a congressional race, and Democratic organizations across Pennsylvania.
Campaigns get a site that looks like their candidate, a process that respects their time, and direct access when something changes at 9pm.
"Andy took my campaign from no online presence to a professional website and active social media in no time. He gets what rural candidates need and delivers without the big firm price tag. Highly recommend."
"Andy built my HD-59 site fast and made sure it actually reflected who I am as a candidate, not a template. He was easy to work with and responsive whenever I needed something changed."
"Andy built my HD-62 site quickly and got it right the first time. He understood what my campaign needed without a lot of back and forth."
A school board candidate and a congressional campaign do not have the same budget, so they should not pay the same rate. Pick your race level below and the real numbers appear. No discovery call required, no quote games.
The rate is tied to the office you are running for, not to how much a campaign looks like it could pay. Same numbers for everyone at the same level.
If your race is smaller than its office suggests, ask for the tier below and you get it. Payment plans on anything over $650, split across the cycle, no interest.
A $400 site gets the same attention as a $3,500 site. Smaller budgets get a smaller scope, never worse work.
State representative, targeted or challenger seats, HDCC coordinated races.
Month to month. Cancel any time, no cycle long contract. Add or drop a service as your race changes.
Campaign budgets do not scale gently. Between a school board seat and a congressional campaign, the money grows by a factor of hundreds. The price of a website should not. So it does not.
Bars use a logarithmic scale so both series fit on one axis. Legislative figures are average campaign spending in competitive Pennsylvania House and Senate races in 2024, per Spotlight PA. Local and municipal figures are typical ranges, not survey data. Your race may be well below its tier average, which is exactly what the sliding scale is for.
| Race level | Essential | Standard | Platform | Social /mo | Web /mo | Copy /mo | Hourly |
|---|
The whole point of this practice is that down ballot Democrats should not lose because they got priced out of looking legitimate. Tell Andy what the race can actually carry and he will tell you honestly what he can do for it.
Make sure the page voters find tells your story clearly and gives them something to do about it.
If your question is not here, send it with your project brief. You hear back directly from Andy, not an account manager.
Ask about my race
Andy Muth does not come from a traditional political consulting background. He is a builder who figured out early that the best way to level up a campaign is to out work and out create the other side, especially at the local level where every dollar matters.
Today he runs Muth Consulting, a Democratic digital shop serving campaigns and progressive organizations across Pennsylvania. He has built digital infrastructure for 20 plus campaigns and organizations from local races to Congress, and currently coordinates with the PA House Democratic Campaign Committee on websites for targeted candidates.
His political career started at IUP, where as Co-President of the College Democrats he raised nearly $20,000, brought in Congressman Ro Khanna and Congressman Maxwell Frost as speakers, and built the chapter into the most successful College Democrats organization in Pennsylvania. He went on to serve as Southwest Director of the Pennsylvania Young Democrats.
He served as Deputy Campaign Manager for Malcolm Kenyatta for Auditor General, then as Associate Campaign Manager and Digital Director for Kenyatta's DNC Vice Chair race, where he founded Malcolm HQ and ran rapid response and daily digital operations. He has appeared live on NewsNation discussing young Pennsylvania voters, and his work spans fundraising compliance, data analytics with NGP VAN and VoteBuilder, A/B testing, and media strategy.
Andy holds a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. He is an Eagle Scout and a recipient of the Commander's Award for Public Service from the U.S. Department of the Army.
If you have got the fight in you, he has got the tools to back you up.

You do not need a polished brief. Share what you know and you get back the clearest next step, a realistic timeline, and the right scope and price for your race.
